You must be 18 years of age or older to enter this site. Golden Valley Guns LLC is an FFL 07 licensed firearms manufacturer and dealer. By continuing, you confirm you meet the minimum age requirement under federal and Arizona law.
The rules for using this site, buying from us, and how our return policy works.
These terms govern your use of goldenvalleygunsllc.com and any purchase, order, build, transfer, or service request made through it or in person with Golden Valley Guns LLC ("we," "us," "our"), an FFL 07 licensed firearms manufacturer and dealer in Golden Valley, Arizona.
By using this site, submitting an order, or working with us on a build, repair, or transfer, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or place an order.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this site, consistent with the age verification you confirmed on entry. Some products and services (NFA items, certain firearm transfers) have additional legal age or licensing requirements beyond 18, which we'll walk you through directly.
All firearm transfers happen in person at our shop, regardless of how the order or request started online. By federal law, every firearm transfer requires an in-person NICS background check and ATF Form 4473 at pickup. Nothing involving a firearm ships to you. Paying online only reserves the item.
Restricted states: we do not sell, ship, transfer, or source firearms for customers in California, New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Hawaii, Rhode Island, or Washington D.C., due to state and local law.
Used firearms we sell, including anything taken in on trade, are sold as-is, with all faults, based on our own visual and functional inspection at the time of sale. We do not warrant the future mechanical condition, reliability, or fitness for any particular use of a used firearm beyond what we specifically disclose to you at the time of sale. Ask us about a specific item's condition before you buy - not after.
Items we source specifically for you, from our catalog or a distributor rather than our own on-hand stock, are special orders. Once placed, a special order is final sale, since we're ordering it in specifically for you. The one exception: if your order includes a firearm and you're denied by the NICS background check at pickup, you'll receive a full refund.
Questions before you pay for a special order? Call or text us first at (928) 727-0893. It's easier to sort out before payment than after.
Every build and repair gets a function check before it leaves our shop. That check confirms the firearm cycles and functions as intended at the time it leaves us - it is not a guarantee against every future issue, and it does not extend to problems caused by ammunition choice, maintenance, storage, modification by anyone other than us after pickup, or normal wear from use.
If you supply your own parts kit, receiver, or other components for us to build ("BYOK"), we are not responsible for defects, damage, or missing parts that were already present in what you provided, and we'll let you know if we find something that affects the build before proceeding where reasonably possible. Work already performed on a customer-supplied kit is not refundable if you later decide not to proceed.
Firearms and firearm parts are inherently mechanical devices that can pose risk of serious injury or death if misused, poorly maintained, or used with improper ammunition. You are solely responsible for safe handling, storage, and use of anything we build, service, sell, or transfer to you, and for following the manufacturer's and any applicable safety guidance.
NFA-regulated builds and transfers (suppressors, short-barreled rifles/shotguns, and similar items) require ATF approval before they can be completed, transferred, or picked up. ATF processing times are entirely outside our control and can range from weeks to well over a year, and approval is never guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays, denials, or costs arising from ATF's processing time or decisions, and no refund is owed solely because approval is taking longer than expected.
For non-firearm items we ship directly to you (parts, accessories, ammunition, or a customer-supplied kit we're returning to you), risk of loss or damage passes to you once the package is handed to the carrier. If the carrier's tracking shows a package as delivered to the address you provided, we are not responsible for it being lost, stolen, or misdelivered after that point.
We do not require a signature on delivery by default. If you would like delivery signature confirmation, additional insurance, or any other special handling, contact us before your order ships and we'll do what we can to accommodate it (this may involve an added carrier cost passed on to you). It's your responsibility to provide an accurate, secure shipping address and to arrange for signature confirmation if you're not regularly available to receive packages.
For non-firearm parts and accessories purchased directly from our own in-stock inventory (not a special order, see Section 5), we handle returns on a case-by-case basis. Contact us before sending or bringing anything back so we can work out what's right for your situation.
Firearms are never returnable once transferred, consistent with standard FFL practice and ATF recordkeeping requirements.
If a completed build, repair, or transfer sits ready for pickup without contact from you for an extended period, we will make reasonable efforts to reach you using the contact information on file. If we're unable to reach you or the item remains uncollected, we may charge a reasonable storage fee for the time it continues to sit in our shop beyond a reasonable pickup window, and, after written notice to the address or contact information you provided, may dispose of the item as permitted under Arizona law. We'd always rather work out a pickup arrangement with you first - reach out if something's going to sit longer than expected.
By placing an order, requesting a build or transfer, or shipping an item to us, you represent that: you are legally permitted to purchase, possess, and receive the firearms or items involved under federal, state, and local law; you are not a prohibited person under 18 U.S.C. § 922(g) or its state-law equivalents; and all information you provide us (identity, address, eligibility, and anything on a Form 4473 or similar record) is true and accurate. Providing false information in connection with a firearms transaction is a federal crime, entirely on you, not us, and will end our ability to do business with you.
We may refuse, delay, or cancel any sale, build, transfer, or service at any time and for any lawful reason, including if we reasonably suspect a transaction may violate federal, state, or local law (including a suspected straw purchase), if required documentation can't be verified, or if we're unable to safely or legally complete the work. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, we'll refund what you paid for that specific order. We may decline to do business with anyone, consistent with applicable law.
If you submit a review, you're confirming it reflects your own genuine experience and grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to display it on this site and in our marketing, with your name as provided (we won't publish your email, phone, or other private contact information). We review submissions before they go live and may decline to publish, or remove, anything that's false, defamatory, abusive, or unrelated to an actual order or build with us. Reviews reflect the opinions of individual customers, not statements by Golden Valley Guns LLC.
Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Distributor catalog listings reflect what's typically available from our suppliers but aren't a guarantee of in-stock inventory until we've confirmed it. That's part of why those items go through the special order process in Section 5 rather than an instant cart checkout. If a pricing or listing error is discovered before an order is fulfilled, we'll contact you to correct it or cancel and refund the order rather than honor the erroneous price.
We accept payment cards through Authorize.net. Card details are entered directly into our payment processor's secure hosted form and are never sent to or stored on our own servers.
Don't use this site for anything unlawful, or attempt to scrape, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to it. Content on this site (text, photos, branding) belongs to Golden Valley Guns LLC unless otherwise noted. Nothing on this site is legal advice about firearms law, ATF processes, or your own eligibility to buy, own, or transfer a firearm - if you need that, talk to ATF directly or your own attorney.
This site, its content, and (to the fullest extent permitted by law) the products and services we sell are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, except where such a disclaimer isn't permitted by law. You assume all risk associated with the purchase, possession, and use of firearms, ammunition, and firearm parts, which are inherently capable of causing serious injury or death if mishandled.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Golden Valley Guns LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site or anything purchased, built, serviced, or transferred through us, and our total liability for any claim arising from a specific order or build is limited to the amount you paid us for that specific order or build. Nothing in this section limits any right you have that can't be waived under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold Golden Valley Guns LLC harmless from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your misuse of a firearm or item we've sold, built, serviced, or transferred to you, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law, to the extent that claim did not arise from our own negligence or willful misconduct.
Any claim or dispute arising from your use of this site or a purchase, build, service, or transfer with us must be brought within one (1) year of the date the claim first arose, or it is permanently barred, to the extent that limitation is permitted by applicable law.
Severability: if any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in full effect.
Entire agreement: these terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Shipping & Returns page, are the entire agreement between us regarding your use of the site and purchases made through it, and supersede any prior understanding on the same subject.
Force majeure: we're not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including supply/distributor shortages, carrier disruptions, and government or regulatory delays (including ATF processing, see Section 7).
No waiver: our failure to enforce any part of these terms isn't a waiver of our right to do so later.
Attorney's fees: in any dispute arising from these terms, the prevailing party is entitled to recover its reasonable attorney's fees and costs from the other party, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any legal action arising from these terms or your relationship with Golden Valley Guns LLC that is not otherwise required to proceed in small claims court will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Mohave County, Arizona, and you consent to that venue and to personal jurisdiction there.
We may update these terms as our business or the site changes. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
