Golden Valley Guns LLC ("we," "us," "our") is an FFL 07 licensed firearms manufacturer and dealer based in Golden Valley, Arizona. This policy explains what information we collect through goldenvalleygunsllc.com, how we use it, and how it's protected.

1. Information We Collect

We only collect what's needed to run your build, order, or transfer. Depending on how you use the site, that can include:

• Contact form: name, email, phone, and your message.
• Shipment intake form: name, phone and/or email, service type, firearm type, caliber, and whether the item is NFA-regulated, plus any notes you add.
• Shop checkout and special-order payment links: name, email, and phone, tied to your order. Payment card details are entered directly into our payment processor's secure hosted form and are never sent to or stored on our servers.
• Build tracking: if we're building or servicing something for you, we keep a record of the work (status, notes, estimated completion) tied to a tracking code. Looking up a tracking code on our site doesn't require you to submit any personal information.

2. How We Use It

We use the information above to:

• Respond to your questions and process your order, build, or transfer request
• Match an incoming shipment to the person who sent it
• Send order confirmations and updates on your build's status
• Meet our recordkeeping obligations as a federally licensed firearms dealer (see Section 4)

We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

3. Who We Share It With

We use a small number of service providers to run the site and process orders. Each only receives what it needs to do its job:

• Supabase — hosts our database (orders, builds, messages, intake submissions)
• Cloudflare — hosts the website and delivers transactional emails (order confirmations, contact form notifications)
• Authorize.net — processes payment card transactions; we never see or store your full card number

We don't share your information with anyone else, except where required by law — for example, in response to a valid request from ATF or law enforcement.

4. Firearms Recordkeeping (ATF)

As an FFL 07 licensed manufacturer and dealer, federal law requires us to keep certain records for every firearms transaction — including ATF Form 4473 and bound book entries — regardless of how the transaction started (online, phone, or in person). These records are kept separately from our website systems, are retained for the period federal law requires, and can't be deleted early at your request, even if you ask us to delete other account information.

5. Cookies & Local Storage

We use your browser's local storage (not third-party tracking cookies) for two things:

• Age verification: a flag confirming you've clicked through the 18+ age gate, so you don't see it on every page.
• Shopping cart: the contents of your cart, stored only in your own browser until you check out. We don't have access to this until you actually submit an order.

We don't run any third-party analytics or advertising trackers on this site.

6. Data Retention

We keep order, build, and message records for as long as needed to fulfill your request, support you afterward, and meet our own business and legal recordkeeping obligations. Firearms transaction records are retained per ATF requirements as described in Section 4.

7. Your Choices

You can ask us what information we have on file for you, or ask us to correct it, by contacting us using the information in Section 10. If federal recordkeeping requirements apply to a specific record (Section 4), we'll let you know why we can't delete it early.

8. Children's Privacy

This site is restricted to visitors 18 and older and is not directed at children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the site or our processes change. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
