How firearms transfer, how everything else ships, and how returns work.
By federal law, a firearm can never ship directly to you. Every firearm order is picked up in person at our shop after your NICS background check and ATF Form 4473, or transferred to your own local FFL dealer, who completes that step there. We verify a receiving dealer's license before anything ships to them. See Terms of Service, Section 3 for the full firearms policy, including restricted states.
Ammunition, parts, accessories, and other non-firearm items can ship directly to you. At checkout you can choose to pick these up at our shop or have them shipped to your address. We aim to ship within a few business days of your order clearing, though processing time can vary with order volume and item availability.
Ammunition shipping is restricted by state and local law. These restrictions come from our distributors' own shipping guidelines and apply regardless of how the order was placed.
We cannot ship ammunition to: California, New York, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Connecticut, Illinois, Washington D.C., or Annapolis (Maryland). If your shipping address falls in one of these locations, ammunition can't be added to a direct-ship order — in-store pickup is still available.
Firearms are never returnable once transferred. For non-firearm parts, accessories, and ammunition purchased from our own in-stock inventory, we handle returns on a case-by-case basis — contact us before sending or bringing anything back. Special orders are final sale, with the exception of a NICS-denial refund on a firearm. Full details are in Terms of Service, Sections 4 & 5.
